Job Description - Content Creator

About the Role We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Strategist who understands how to create and grow content on social media. We are looking for someone who already has a strong presence on social media or has successfully managed and grown someone else's page. The right person should understand what people watch, what makes them engage, and what helps a page grow.

What You'll Do

- Come up with content ideas for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Plan content to increase views, reach, engagement and followers.
- Create and plan reels, posts, carousels and other social media content.
- Follow trends and identify new content opportunities. Track content performance and improve the strategy based on results.
- Work with the creative team to turn ideas into engaging content.
- Take ownership of content from idea → creation → publishing → growth.

What We're Looking For

- A strong social media presence with a good number of followers and regular engagement.
- Experience growing your own social media page or managing and growing someone else's page.
- Good understanding of Instagram, content trends and audience behaviour.
- Robust sense of what makes people watch, engage and follow.




- Creative, proactive and confident in coming up with content ideas.
- Ability to understand performance and improve content based on results.
- 1.5–2+ years of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers and entry-level candidates with a strong portfolio and proven skills are welcome
- . Experience with content creation, shooting, editing or basic design is a plus.

This is an in-house role focused on growing our own social media presence. A full-time commitment is not mandatory and can be discussed based on the candidate's profile and availability. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
