Purpose of the Role

The Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and best in class ways of working across global Finance Operations by investigating and understanding root cause, optimising and standardising end to end business processes increasing efficiency, reducing waste and improving end to end performance.

The Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst role combines data driven analysis with continuous improvement problem solving methodology to identify opportunities, lead end to end process improvement initiatives as well as collaborating with technology teams driving system, automation and transformation change.

The Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst is key in building a continuous improvement culture across the wider HH Global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end finance processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, DMAIC methodologies.
- Use data analytics to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, business cases, and benefits tracking to measure improvement outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, SMEs, and technology teams to drive transformational change.
- Support process transitions through process mapping, SOP development, training materials, and operational readiness assessments.
- Manage improvement projects from discovery through implementation,



including planning, documentation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coach, train, and mentor teams on Continuous Improvement tools and best practices to build organizational capability.
- Monitor adoption, compliance, and sustainability of process changes.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Overall Scope: Lead and support process transformation, operational excellence, and data-driven improvement initiatives across Global Finance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and delivering measurable business benefits.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and process transformation.
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimally), Agile, or similar methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and operational controls (Visio, Miro, Blueworks Live).
- Knowledge of automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools) and change management.




- Experience in process transitions and finance operations or transactional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence without authority, and manage multiple priorities.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a customer-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach.

Ideal Profile: A Continuous Improvement/Operational Excellence skilled with expertise in process improvement, analytics, stakeholder engagement, and change management within a finance operations environment.

What Does Success Look Like:

Continuous Improvement senior analyst will lead strategic CI initiatives delivering measurable operational improvement and financial benefits. Senior analyst will foster a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Finance organisation supporting colleagues with Lean and CI methodologies coaching and facilitating training sessions as well as collaborating with stakeholders across HH delivering standardised global processes ensuring consistent outcomes for internal and external customers.
