We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor Intern who is creative, has a strong visual sense and wants to work on real brand and marketing projects.

This is not just a certificate-based internship. You’ll work on actual Growbro campaigns, social media content, product creatives and marketing assets. Strong performers can get a full-time prospect at Growbro.

What You'll DoGraphic Design

- Create social media posts, carousels, advertisements, banners and marketing creatives.
- Design visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, website and campaigns.
- Create presentations, product graphics and promotional material.
- Maintain consistency with Growbro's brand identity.
- Convert concepts and ideas into clean, modern and engaging designs.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and promotional videos.
- Create engaging hooks, transitions, captions and motion elements.
- Edit founder-led, product, educational and marketing videos.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form content.
- Keep up with current social media video trends and formats.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing, content and product teams.
- Take feedback and improve designs/videos quickly.




- Contribute creative ideas instead of only executing instructions.
- Manage multiple creative tasks and deliver work within deadlines.

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing tools.
- Understanding of social media design and short-form video.
- Good sense of typography, layout, composition and branding.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
