We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist them in achieving their financial goals through suitable investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment needs and risk preferences.
- Explain Mutual Funds, SIPs, Lumpsum Investments and other financial products to clients.
- Generate new leads through calls, references, networking and other business-development activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC and investment-related processes.
- Provide regular service and support to existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions,



leads and business activities.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations when required.
- Stay updated with financial products, market trends and company offerings.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Sales and business development mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds and financial products.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
