Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Developer to design, develop, configure, administer, and support the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, workflows, integrations, automation, and platform administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, administer, customize, and maintain the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and automation.
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow components.
- Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Integration Hub for enterprise integrations and automation.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and deployments.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow roles, ACLs, user access, and security controls.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues.
- Support ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features.




- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous platform improvement.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong JavaScript skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- UI Policies
- UI Actions
- Script Includes
- Flow Designer
- Service Portal
- Integration Hub
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience with ServiceNow AI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
