Instagram Enquiries & Client Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, well-spoken and organised person to handle Instagram messages and client enquiries for our bridal makeup page.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to Instagram DMs, enquiries and booking requests.
- Share makeup packages, pricing and service details with potential clients.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert genuine leads into bookings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with brides and clients.
- Collect booking details and coordinate with the team regarding availability.
- Keep track of enquiries, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.

Requirements

- Good communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam.
- Polite, friendly and skilled approach.
- Quick and consistent in responding to messages.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
- Experience in customer service, sales or social media is a plus.
