We are looking for a detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive to accurately post insurance and patient payments, adjustments, denials, and other financial transactions into the healthcare billing system. The role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

- Post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Process EOBs, ERAs, and payment reports received from insurance companies.
- Review payments, contractual adjustments, denials, and patient responsibilities.
- Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits and payment reports.
- Identify and resolve payment posting discrepancies.
- Ensure correct allocation of payments to patient accounts and claims.
- Identify underpayments, overpayments, and unapplied payments.




- Transfer or reallocate payments when required according to client guidelines.
- Maintain accurate payment posting records and documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM is preferred.
- Knowledge of EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, insurance payments, and adjustments is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of basic medical billing terminology.
