We are looking for a Policy Analyst / Policy Research Executive to support research and strategic decision-making for a political client.

The role requires strong research skills, political awareness, analytical thinking, and the ability to convert complex information into explicit, concise, and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research government policies, schemes, legislation, budgets, and governance initiatives.

* Track political, policy, social, and economic developments at state and constituency levels.

* Conduct constituency, demographic, and issue-based research.

* Monitor news, government sources, media, and public platforms for emerging issues and narratives.

* Analyse public issues, government performance, and policy impact.

* Prepare research briefs, policy notes, reports, fact sheets, and presentations.

* Collect, verify, organise, and analyse data from credible sources.

* Support strategy and campaign teams with timely, research-backed insights.

* Maintain databases covering political, policy, constituency, and socio-economic information.





* Respond to quick-turnaround research requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Economics, Journalism, Law, Sociology, International Relations, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in policy research, political consulting, journalism, public affairs, think tanks, or research roles.

* Strong understanding of Indian politics, governance, and current affairs.

* Excellent research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

* Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

* Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify key insights.

* Strong fact-checking and attention to detail.

* Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹19,273.59 - ₹50,000.00 per month
