About the Role

Institute of Skill Mastery LLP is looking for an experienced AI Agent & n8n Automation Trainer who can design and deliver a practical, industry-oriented training program focused on AI Agents, AI-powered workflows, n8n automation, LLM integrations, APIs, and real-world business applications.

The ideal candidate should not only understand AI concepts but should have hands-on experience building AI-powered automation systems and AI Agents that solve real business problems.

This is a highly practical training role. The trainer will be expected to demonstrate live implementations, build projects with students, explain architecture and decision-making, and guide students in developing their own AI automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live training sessions on AI Agents, Generative AI and n8n automation.
- Teach students how to design, build, test and deploy AI-powered workflows.
- Explain the fundamentals of AI Agents, LLMs, prompts, tools, memory, knowledge bases and automation.
- Build practical workflows using n8n from scratch.
- Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or other LLM platforms with n8n.
- Teach integration with REST APIs, webhooks and third-party applications.
- Demonstrate how AI Agents can interact with business systems and external tools.
- Teach students how to connect n8n with applications such as:
- Gmail
- Google Sheets
- Google Drive
- Slack

- Explain how to build AI-powered business workflows and autonomous/semi-autonomous agents.

- Explain best practices around reliability, security, error handling, logging and monitoring.

Trainer Expectations

We are looking for someone who can build, not just explain.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 3–5 real AI automation projects they have built using n8n and/or similar automation platforms.

The trainer should be comfortable conducting live sessions where students can see the entire process:

Business Problem → AI Solution → Workflow Design → n8n Implementation → API Integration → Testing → Error Handling → Deployment

The ability to build projects live during training is highly preferred.
