The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily outbound dispatch, inbound receiving, and inventory storage. This role ensures total compliance with food safety regulations and manages the warehouse team using digital inventory tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff and forklift operators.
- Dispatch & Receiving: Oversee correct loading, unloading, and shipping schedules.
- Food Safety Compliance: Enforce strict FDA, HACCP, and sanitation standards daily.
- Cold Chain Management: Monitor and log temperatures for chilled and frozen storage areas.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Data Entry: Log daily shipment reports, picking logs, and attendance into the company system.

Education & Experience :

- Education: B.com preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in food/beverage.
- Certifications:



Food safety certification (HACCP or PCQI) is preferred.

Computer & Technical Skills :

- WMS Software: Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Office Suite: Robust basic skills in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, basic formulas) and Word.
- Hardware: Experience operating handheld barcode scanners and RFID digital tracking tools.
- Communication: Ability to professionally use email (Outlook/Gmail) and team messaging apps.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
