Babyosaur is a young, homegrown brand for little ones aged 0–5, built around mindful parenting, sustainable choices, meaningful play and beautifully designed everyday essentials.

We’re still at the beginning of our journey — which is exactly why this role is exciting.

We’re not looking for someone to simply “manage our Instagram.” We’re looking for someone who wants to help build a brand from the ground up, experiment, learn, create, and grow alongside us.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Content & Social Media Executive who can take ownership of Babyosaur’s digital presence across:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- Babyosaur’s website

You’ll work closely with the founders to translate our brand ethos into content that is fresh, relatable, engaging and distinctly Babyosaur.

What You'll Do

Content & Social Media

- Follow and execute a structured monthly content calendar.
- Plan and create Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and short-form videos.
- Edit Reels and social videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Write captions, hooks and engaging copy.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Repurpose content intelligently across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Keep our website content fresh and aligned with campaigns.

Trend Spotting & Growth

- Stay constantly updated on Instagram and social media trends.
- Identify viral audio, formats, memes, hooks and content styles before they become saturated.
- Think ahead about what parents will be talking about next.
- Experiment with new formats and ideas rather than simply copying competitors.
- Track analytics and understand what is working — and, importantly, why.




- Help grow our followers, reach, engagement and ultimately our customer base.

Ads & Campaigns

- Assist with creating and scheduling Meta ads and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative variations for ads.
- Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support launches, offers, exhibitions, collaborations and seasonal campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

This role is especially suited to a fresher or someone in the early stages of their career who has strong social media instincts.

You don't necessarily need years of experience.

We care much more about whether you:

- Understand social media naturally.
- Know what makes people stop scrolling.
- Can spot a trend before it peaks.
- Have a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Are creative, curious and willing to experiment.
- Can edit a Reel from start to finish.
- Are comfortable with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Have good writing and communication skills.
- Are organised enough to stick to a content calendar.
- Can work independently without needing to be told what to do every step of the way.
- Are willing to learn quickly.
- Actually enjoy social media rather than simply using it.

Most Importantly — We Want a Co-Builder

Babyosaur is small, young and bootstrapped.

This isn't a corporate job where you'll be handed a brief, execute it and go home.

Sometimes you'll be planning next month's content.

Sometimes you'll be filming a product.

Sometimes you'll be brainstorming a crazy Reel.

Sometimes you'll notice a trend at 10 AM and we'll want to jump on it by lunch.





And sometimes you'll have to figure something out with limited resources.

We want someone who is comfortable with that.

Someone who doesn't say:

“That's not my job.”

But instead thinks:

“How can we make this work?”

We want you to genuinely understand and co-own what Babyosaur stands for — mindful parenting, conscious consumption, sustainability, Indian design, meaningful childhood and making parenting a little easier.
