As a Senior Analyst - Benefits Support Management, you’ll play a key role in supporting our US branch teams with policy renewals and documentation. This is your chance to grow your career in a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive environment.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our US branch teams, ensuring smooth and timely policy renewals. You’ll manage documentation like Census, SBC, SPD, and Carrier Proposals while collaborating with Client Managers to deliver high-quality support for around 35 accounts.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:





- Apply your knowledge of US Health Insurance regulations to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines and minimise rework.
- Build strong relationships with onshore colleagues to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify risks and resolve issues effectively.

About you

Qualifications:

- Experience in the insurance domain, with knowledge of US Health Insurance regulations.
- Familiarity with carriers like Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MetLife.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Advanced computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering excellent service.
