Kapoor Glass India Pvt Ltd is one of India's largest manufacturer of Glass Ampoules, Vials and Cartridges. The company produces 2 million pcs each day and exports over 90% to over 40 countries.

Kapoor Glass has 3 dedicated units located at Panvel Navi Mumbai and its strength lies in internal design and development of cutting edge, state of the art equipment to meet the highest quality and performance standards.

This position requires an experienced Floor / Packing Supervisor with at least 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferably with a Pharmaceutical background.

The job description includes but is not limited to the below deliverables.

1. Overall responsibility of the packing department in the new factory including managing of Packing associates

2. Ensuring Quality standards are adhered to in line with company / customer quality standards

3. Capture and monitor packing department KPIs including but not limited to total quantities, rejection. Work closely with plant quality and manufacturing teams to resolve any product quality related issues.

4.



Ensure orders are packed and ready for despatch in line with plant / customer On Time Delivery metrics

4. Responsibility of packing executives including appropriate gowning / de-gowning rules

5. Ensure audit preparedness at all times

6. Should have basic understanding of Data Analysis and Statistical Process Control.

7. Should have basic computer skills including MS Excel, MS Word etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
