- Manage AI and automation initiatives across hospital departments.
- Identify manual processes suitable for AI and workflow automation.
- Automate OPD, IPD and patient coordination processes.
- Develop AI-based patient enquiry and follow-up systems.
- Automate patient feedback and complaint management.
- Automate HR recruitment, onboarding, attendance and HRMS workflows.
- Develop automated Billing, TPA and Accounts MIS reports.
- Automate marketing leads, follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.
- Develop daily, weekly and monthly hospital dashboards.
- Integrate HMS, HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets and other software.
- Implement ChatGPT/Generative AI solutions for hospital operations.
- Develop workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.




- Use AI to reduce repetitive administrative work and errors.
- Train hospital staff on AI tools and automated workflows.
- Prepare SOPs and documentation for automation processes.
- Monitor automation performance and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure patient and employee data confidentiality and access control.
- Coordinate with HR, Billing, Accounts, Nursing, MRD, Marketing and Administration.
- Track automation KPIs, cost savings and improvement in efficiency.

Pay: ₹23,250.51 - ₹45,000.00 per month
