Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage E-Invoicing and VAT Compliance implementation projects. The role requires robust project management, client handling, regulatory understanding, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead E-Invoicing implementation projects from planning through delivery.
- Understand and track applicable VAT, E-Invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project updates.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and implementation updates.




- Ensure project deliverables meet defined business and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, E-Invoicing, Tax Technology, VAT, ERP, or Compliance Technology.
- Solid understanding of E-Invoicing and VAT compliance.
- Experience managing client-facing technology implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
