Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor monthly franchisee and technician settlements.
- Monitor TADA, technician incentives, and related payments.
- Monitor spare parts stock and coordinate with the concerned teams.
- Review and verify purchase orders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management.
- Develop and coordinate processes for the Service Department.
- Coordinate the installation and implementation of software systems.
- Coordinate with Finance, Service, Stores, Purchase, and other relevant teams as required.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Finance, Operations, Service Coordination, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and basic financial processes.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to monitor multiple activities and follow up with different teams.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred:

- Experience in a service-oriented or appliance/electronics industry.
- Experience in handling technician settlements, incentives, inventory, and purchase processes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
