Hi, we are looking candidate for Garment Quality & Finishing Incharge. Having 3-5+ years in garment QC and finishing. Knowledge and robust understanding of garment construction, fabric, trims, and buyer quality standards. Responsible for ensuring the highest standards of garment quality and finishing after production stages. The role involves inspecting, monitoring, and controlling quality of final packed goods to meet buyer and company standards. Ability to work independently and manage a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed inspection of garments at cutting, stitching, washing, and finishing stages to identify defects, deviations, or irregularities.
2. Monitor thread trimming, pressing/ironing, stain removal, buttoning, packing, and overall garment presentation as per buyer specs.
3.



Implement and enforce quality control procedures, AQL standards, and buyer-specific quality requirements.
4. Maintain records of final inspection reports, defect analysis, daily QC data and courier sheet against all dispatches.
5. Generate reports and communicate findings to Merchandising, and Management.
6. Identify root causes of defects and work with Merchandising and Stock teams to resolve issues. Suggest corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework and rejection.
7. Ensure adherence to company, buyer, and industry quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
