Job Description

- Responsible for managing fund raising activities through banks, financial institutions, and other lending partners.
- Maintain strong lender and investor relationships to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Coordinate with banks, PSU institutions, and NBFCs for treasury-related transactions and funding requirements.
- Monitor and manage treasury operations including cash flow planning and fund utilization.
- Ensure proper tracking and compliance of loan covenants and financial obligations.
- Handle term loan processing, loan execution, and documentation with financial institutions.
- Prepare and manage CMA data for credit assessment and loan approvals.
- Monitor book debts and financial data to maintain liquidity and financial stability.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit management and compliance processes.




- Support credit rating processes by providing financial data and reports to rating agencies.
- Manage loan syndication, negotiation, and financial reporting activities.
- Lead and guide the treasury team while ensuring efficient financial operations and reporting.
