Urgently Hiring for _ Account Executive in Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (Kengeri)

Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.

* Hands-on experience in SAP Software is mandatory.

* Process PO, GRPO/GRN and AP invoices in SAP.

* Handle PO to Factory processing and coordinate with purchase/factory teams.

* Perform Vendor Reconciliation and resolve outstanding discrepancies.

* Verify invoices against PO and GRPO/GRN and ensure proper accounting.

* Handle GST, TDS and other tax-related accounting activities.

* Manage payment processing, payment receipts and vendor payment follow-ups.

* Handle day-to-day banking activities, including bank entries and reconciliation.

* Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

* Handle filing and documentation of invoices, payments and financial records.





* Support internal/external audits and month-end closing activities.

* Coordinate with vendors, purchase, factory and internal finance teams for accounting-related queries.

Candidate Profile

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts / AP / Finance.

* SAP experience is mandatory.

* Strong knowledge of GRPO/GRN, PO, AP and Vendor Reconciliation.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS and basic taxation.

* Practical experience in banking and payment-related activities.

* Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.

* B. Com / M. Com / Finance-related qualification preferred.
