About the Role

A leading consulting firm is looking to onboard a senior Company Secretary to lead and oversee complex corporate restructuring mandates end-to-end. This is a senior-level position for someone with extensive, demonstrable experience directing such transactions — including team leadership and client-facing ownership.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end execution of mergers, demergers, capital reductions, and buybacks
Overseeing slump sale transactions and related structuring
Directing entity conversions — company to LLP, LLP to company, partnership firm to company, and similar transitions
Overseeing conversion of private companies to public companies and vice versa




Leading other complex corporate restructuring transactions under the Companies Act, 2013
Mentoring junior team members and owning senior-level client relationships

What We're Looking For
Qualified Company Secretary
10+ years of extensive, hands-on experience leading similar restructuring assignments
Deep expertise in the Companies Act, 2013 and related regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to independently lead complex, multi-step transactions and mentor junior team members

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
