We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Customer Feedback Executive to connect with our existing customers, understand their experience, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels and should be able to build a positive relationship with customers while accurately documenting their feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact existing customers regularly to collect feedback about their experience with our products/services.

2. Conduct customer feedback calls and surveys in a qualified and friendly manner.

3. Understand customer satisfaction, concerns, suggestions, and expectations.

4. Record and maintain accurate customer feedback and interaction details in CRM/Excel or other internal systems.

5. Identify recurring customer complaints, issues, and areas for improvement.

6. Escalate important customer concerns to the relevant internal teams and follow up when required.

7. Identify positive customer experiences and potential customer testimonials/reviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
