Position: Night Shift Production Supervisor
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Openings: 3–4 Positions
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring 3–4 Night Shift Production Supervisors for our plywood manufacturing factory.

The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring workers and production activities during the night shift and ensuring that the required production quality, discipline, and work standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise workers and production activities throughout the night shift.
- Regularly monitor the factory floor and ensure workers are performing their assigned jobs properly.
- Check the quality of work at different stages of production and ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Identify quality problems, improper workmanship, material wastage, or production issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain discipline and proper working practices among workers.
- Keep basic records of production and work completed during the shift.
- Report machine breakdowns, quality issues, worker-related problems, or other abnormalities to management.
- Coordinate with workers, machine operators,



contractors, and other supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
- Provide a proper production and issue handover to the next shift.
- Be versatile and take responsibility for other factory-floor activities whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in plywood, manufacturing, production, or factory supervision will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working regularly in a night shift from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Should be responsible, punctual, disciplined, and alert during night working hours.
- Must be willing to actively move around and monitor the factory floor; this is not a desk-based supervisory job.
- Should be capable of communicating with and supervising factory workers.
- Willingness to learn plywood production processes and quality standards is essential.

We are looking for candidates who are responsible, dependable, and comfortable working at night. The supervisor is expected to actively monitor production and workers throughout the shift rather than simply remain present on the factory premises.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
