About role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing service updates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct preliminary vehicle inspection and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare job cards with complete details of the vehicle and required services.
- Explain the required repairs, service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles under service and provide regular updates to customers.
- Ensure proper approval from customers before carrying out additional repairs or replacement of parts.
- Coordinate with the spares department for availability of required parts.
- Handle customer queries, complaints,



and service-related concerns professionally.
- Conduct vehicle delivery inspection and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery.
- Explain completed repairs, replaced parts, and maintenance requirements during vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services, accessories, and other service packages.
- Maintain accurate records of service history, customer details, job cards, and service-related documents.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction, service revenue, and retention targets.
- Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer service standards and processes.

Ideal Candidate

- Basic knowledge of four-wheeler vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Good understanding of automobile components and common vehicle issues.
- Good coordination and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical information to customers in a simple manner.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced service environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
