JOB DESCRIPTION – VIDEO EDITOR

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, travel promotions, and brand content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Edit travel videos, promotional content, property/resort videos, reels and advertisements.
- Create visually appealing short-form and long-form video content.
- Add music, sound effects, transitions, text, subtitles and motion graphics.
- Select and organize the best footage to create compelling stories.
- Ensure videos follow the company's brand guidelines and visual style.
- Work closely with the Content, Marketing and Social Media teams to understand creative requirements.
- Create engaging reels and trend-based content for social media.
- Perform colour correction, basic colour grading and audio enhancement.
- Add creative effects, animations and graphics wherever required.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, editing styles and viral formats.
- Organize and maintain video assets,



project files and footage properly.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar editing tools.
- Good understanding of video editing, transitions, colour grading and sound editing.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation will be an advantage.
- Robust sense of creativity, storytelling and visual composition.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a relevant field is preferred.

Portfolio

Candidates should have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating their video editing and creative skills.
