Job Description:

Delhivery is hiring an Assistant Team Lead (ATL) – Last Mile to support daily delivery center operations. This role involves managing shipments, supervising field staff, and ensuring smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee inbound and outbound shipment operations at the delivery center
- Ensure quality checks and zero shipment loss (count & value accuracy)
- Maintain duty rosters and monitor Field Executive attendance
- Support delivery, pickups, NDC calling, and reverse logistics
- Assist in achieving operational KPIs and productivity targets
- Act as Team Lead during absence when required
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance at the workplace
- Handle reporting, data tracking, and basic operational analysis
- Monitor manpower utilization and control operational costs




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
- Experience: Fresher

Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
