Maintenance – Senior Level

Department: Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise all maintenance activities.
- Handle Electrical, Mechanical, Machinery, Plumbing and Building maintenance.
- Plan and monitor Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
- Ensure quick resolution of machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Guide and coordinate the maintenance team.
- Monitor spare parts, tools and maintenance materials.
- Ensure proper safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with external technicians and service providers.
- Identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
- Monitor maintenance costs and reduce equipment downtime.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports for management.

Qualification:



Diploma / BE – Electrical or Mechanical
Experience: 8+ Years in Garment / Manufacturing Industry
Key Skills: Leadership, Problem Solving, Preventive Maintenance, Team Coordination, Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge.

Location: Madurai

Salary : Based on Industry Standard
