We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Chennai.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls and understand their learning needs.
- Counsel customers and recommend the right music courses and learning programs.
- Manage leads through the sales funnel and consistently achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a smooth experience from enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.
- Track daily performance, conversion rates and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless learner onboarding experience.

What We’re Looking For





- 1–4 years of experience in B2C telesales/inside sales, preferably in EdTech, consumer tech or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and handling sales conversations.
- Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Tamil proficiency is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
