Position: Education Counselor
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and destinations.
- Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial requirements.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Handle student queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with admission and visa teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Stay updated with university requirements, intakes, and admission policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education counseling/study abroad.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of study-abroad destinations and university admissions.
- Strong sales, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good command of English and professional communication.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
