Job Purpose:

Plan and manage NSI and large projects

Job Responsibilities:

Manage projects for merchant acquiring, payment gateway, VAS

Oversee partner integration for payments, BQR, MAPS

Partner with internal teams for program management

Translate business requirements into planning

Discuss requirements with Business, IT, Operations, Vendors

Translate functional requirements into implementation plans

Organize and monitor interconnected projects

Coordinate cross-project activities

Control deadlines, budgets, activities

Apply change, risk, resource management

Assess program performance for ROI

Understand vendor solution functional, technical aspects

Coordinate application changes with Business, Ops, IT

Develop functional specifications, data requirements

Ensure transparent articulation of business requirements

Coordinate with Project, Testing for quality, timely delivery

Compile project documentation for compliance

Collate project MIS, status updates

Interact with vendors during testing

Document system functionalities with PPS team

Understand business issues, information challenges, regulatory needs

Educational Qualifications:

MCA/BCA/B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical, B.Sc - Computers

NIIT/APTECH certification

ITIL Foundation certified
