Senior Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage the complete merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment. The ideal candidate must have robust buyer communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, production, quality, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily communication with international buyers and address inquiries promptly.
- Manage order execution, costing, sourcing, production follow-up, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor product quality and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Resolve production and delivery issues proactively.
- Prepare merchandising reports and maintain order documentation.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of merchandising experience.
- Excellent English communication and buyer-handling skills.
- Strong negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Buyer sourcing and business development experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
