Job Summary

The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and technology-enabled training sessions, including AR/VR-based learning, to enhance digital literacy and employability skills among trainees. The role requires a balance of technical knowledge, training delivery, and candidate engagement.

Location: Vagra, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver immersive training sessions using AR/VR-enabled classrooms for IT and emerging technologies

● Train candidates on MS Office, email writing, basic IT concepts, and digital literacy

● Conduct hands-on sessions, simulations, and practical demonstrations to enhance learning outcomes

● Assess trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations

● Maintain attendance records,



assessments, and MIS reports as per project guidelines

● Provide support in digital literacy, soft skills, and career readiness

● Assist candidates with resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness

● Coordinate with center staff to ensure smooth execution of training programs

● Ensure proper usage and maintenance of IT equipment and AR/VR tools

● Encourage student participation and create an engaging learning workplace

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
