Qualification :B.com/ Graduate in Accounting or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse staff incentive calculations based on sales performance.
- Review monthly sales data and prepare Business Promotion Statements.
- Generate periodic reports related to staff incentives and business promotion activities.
- Analyse sales and financial data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
- Maintain and update records related to incentives, sales performance and business promotion.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify required data.
- Identify discrepancies in data and ensure necessary corrections are made.
- Prepare MIS and management reports as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned reports and financial analysis.
- Support the Finance team in day-to-day analytical and reporting activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
