Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram & calls
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Process and track orders
- Follow up with customers
- Coordinate with courier and internal teams
- Maintain customer records
- Assist with daily office and operational work

- Confident in speaking with customers
- Organized and responsible
- Basic computer knowledge
