Job Description

Consultech is looking for a Store & Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day inventory, material

movement, stock records and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and verify quantity against purchase orders/invoices.

- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

- Handle inward and outward material entries.

- Maintain proper documentation for material movement.

- Coordinate with purchase, accounts and project/site teams.

- Prepare material issue/dispatch documents.

- Coordinate packing and dispatch of materials to customers/project sites.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors.

- Track dispatched materials and delivery status.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.

- Identify shortages, excess stock or damaged materials and report them.





- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.

- Ensure materials are dispatched according to project/customer requirements.

- Maintain Excel-based inventory and dispatch reports.

Candidate Profile

Education:

- Diploma / B.Com / BBA or equivalent.

- Preferable candidate should be from English Medium

Experience:

- 2+ years in stores, inventory, warehouse, dispatch or logistics.

- Experience in engineering/EPC/industrial companies is preferred.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP or inventory software is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of purchase orders, invoices, delivery challans and material receipts.

- Good coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
