Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct RSGK multi-sport sessions for children aged 1.5–7 years.
- Introduce children to all 13 sports in a structured, playful and safe environment.
- Develop basic motor skills, coordination, balance, and body awareness in kids.
- Ensure session discipline while maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere.
- Communicate with parents regarding progress, sessions and engagement.
- Maintain session equipment, safety and class flow.
- Build strong rapport with kids, keeping classes enjoyable and energetic.

Candidate Requirements:

- Sports background (any sport accepted).
- Must be patient, calm, energetic and child-friendly.
- Valuable communication and soft behaviour with children.
- Should be willing to train and adapt to RSGK methodologies.
- Passion for working with young kids is a must.
- Prior coaching/teaching experience is a plus, not mandatory.
