Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Marketplace Operations
-
Manage daily Amazon FBA and FBM operations.

Create and process FBA shipment plans.
-
Coordinate inventory replenishment to Amazon fulfillment centers.
-
Monitor FBA inventory health and recommend replenishment schedules.
-
Process and manage FBM orders from receipt to dispatch.
-
Handle Amazon order exceptions, returns, reimbursements, and claims.
-
Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.

Coordinate with internal teams to maintain product listings and inventory availability.
Website Order Management
-
Process and manage all orders received through the company's website.
-
Verify orders and coordinate timely dispatch.
-
Monitor order status until successful delivery.
-
Handle customer order queries related to shipping, cancellations, and returns.
-
Ensure accurate inventory synchronization between the website and warehouse.
Logistics Coordination
-
Coordinate with logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delivery Now, and other courier providers.
-
Schedule daily pickups and monitor shipment movement.
-
Resolve shipment delays, RTOs (Return to Origin), lost shipments, and delivery disputes.

Track courier performance and escalate operational issues when required.

Maintain courier documentation and shipping records.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
-
Monitor stock levels across Amazon FBA, FBM, and website inventory.
-
Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
-
Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic stock reconciliation.
-
Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations through effective planning.
Reporting & Analytics

Prepare daily and weekly order fulfillment reports.
-
Track KPIs including order processing time, dispatch SLA, delivery performance, return rates, and inventory levels.

Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Generate reports for management on sales,
inventory movement, and logistics performance.
Process Improvement
-
Develop and implement SOPs for e-commerce operations.

Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Warehouse Operations to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Required Skills
-
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM).
-
Experience managing Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar D2C e-commerce platforms.
-
Knowledge of Shiprocket, Delivery Now, and courier management platforms.
-
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
-
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
