Job Responsibilities:
- Generate business through the assigned sales channel.
- Recruit, train and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Handle and motivate the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and prospects.
- Maintain regular sales and performance reports.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
Salary: As per experience and company norms + incentives.
