- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers regularly.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further lead conversion.
- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Prepare regular calling and follow-up reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant telecalling experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and professional communication style.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.




- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate:

- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer handling, lead generation, or sales support will be preferred.
- Candidates who can work from the Jaipur location.
