Job Summary

Rajwada Group – La Mansion is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to handle audit, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and financial analysis, with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and manage internal and statutory audit activities.
- Review books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and audit schedules.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
- Identify financial discrepancies, irregularities, and control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Review and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
- Conduct reconciliation of bank accounts, vendors, customers, and other ledgers.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.
- Review expenses, purchases, revenue, and other financial transactions.




- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of proper documentation.
- Support management with financial analysis and insights for business decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
- Handle any other finance and audit-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- CA (Chartered Accountant) – Qualified.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience after qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the hospitality, banquet, hotel, or service industry will be an added advantage.
