Positions : Associate to Sr Executive - international business development ( 2-6 years )

Key Responsibilities:
This is a full-time remote role for an International Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving sales growth for Nexvam's pharmaceutical and specialty chemical products. Daily activities include conducting market research,analyzing global industry trends, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations with international clients anddistributors. The person in this role will collaborate with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, regulatory requirements, and supply chain coordination. They will also prepare presentations,maintain accurate sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics to support decision-making.

Qualifications* Strong skills in International Business Development and International Business, with experience in global market expansion and partner management.* Proficiency in Market Research and data analysis to assessopportunities, risks, and competitive landscapes in international markets.* Excellent Communication skills,



including cross-culturalcommunication, presentation, and stakeholder management.* Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, pipelinemanagement, and closing deals in B2B environments.* Experience in pharmaceuticals ( APIs , intermediates, excipients ), specialty chemicals, or healthcare sales , with understanding of regulatory Requirements and compliance considerations.* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Relations,Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.* Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multipletime zones, and travel internationally when required.* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solvingabilities, with a results-oriented and ethical approach.* Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and digitalcollaboration platforms.
