Experience: 2+ years preferred (ITI freshers welcome)

About the Role

We're hiring a Saw Welder to weld, repair, sharpen, and set saw blades (band saw/circular saw) for our production line.

Responsibilities

- Weld and repair band saw/circular saw blades (butt welding)
- Sharpen, set, and tension blades
- Inspect blades for cracks/wear and fix as needed
- Operate blade welding/grinding machines
- Follow safety procedures (PPE, machine handling)

Requirements

- ITI certificate in Welder trade (Gas & Electric / Structural), or equivalent experience
- Experience with saw/blade welding preferred (sawmill, steel, or fabrication background a plus)
- Basic tool handling and attention to detail

Based On Experience (15000 - 20000)
