Ensure overall responsibility for project documentation, MIS management, data maintenance, and reporting in accordance with DDU-GKY guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.

Perform project activities in compliance with DDU-GKY standards, processes, and quality requirements.

Maintain and regularly update project MIS, candidate records, training records, attendance, placement, and other project-related data in the portal assigned.

Verify project data and records for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely submission.

Identify and coordinate the closure of non-compliances reported by the Q-Team/Audit Team through inspection or due-diligence reports within the stipulated timelines.

Prepare MIS-based analysis and reports to support management decision-making and project monitoring.





Maintain proper documentation and ensure that all records are readily available for internal and external audits/inspections.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the higher management from time to time.

Candidate preference: Any Masters with minimum 3 years experience in the similar role or Bachelors with 3 plus years experience in the similar role. Prior experience in DDU-GKY projects would be considered.
