- Minimum Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering
- Technical Support for hardware & software along with security operations.
- Should be able to handle 24 x 7 operations.
- Take role in installing, moving, decommissioning, and troubleshooting hardware including cabinets, shelves, power strips, rails, fiber/copper/other cables and cable management, servers, storage, network, firewall, and other devices within the ICCC and outside.
- Work under the direction of Management and Operation Head and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Program Policies, Safety Policies, and Security Policies, while meeting requirements for quality and quantity of work.
- Perform design redlining and produce detailed reports and documentation.
- Other duties as required.
Pay: ₹9,091.43 - ₹60,000.00 per month
