Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, order coordination, backend operations and MIS reporting. The candidate should be strong in Google Sheets, Excel, data management and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end CRM activities including enquiries, orders, follow-ups and customer communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, Dispatch and Accounts for smooth order execution.
- Track orders from confirmation to production, QC and final dispatch.
- Maintain and manage customer, order and product databases.
- Handle backend operations and ensure all data is updated accurately and on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Manage advanced Google Sheets and Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, formulas and data validation.
- Create and maintain order trackers, pending reports, production status reports and customer follow-up sheets.
- Analyse data and provide management with accurate operational insights.
- Monitor pending orders, delayed activities and customer commitments.
- Ensure timely follow-up with internal teams and customers.




- Identify gaps in CRM and backend processes and suggest improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support management in improving CRM processes and overall customer experience.
- Guide junior CRM team members and ensure proper workflow and reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of CRM and backend operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Strong MIS and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with CRM software / ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred; jewellery manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and responsible professional with strong CRM, data management, reporting and operational coordination skills, capable of independently managing CRM processes and supporting management with accurate data and insights.
