Toy Assembly Lead / Supervisor (Freshers & Career-Restarters Welcome!)

Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Assembly & Dispatch Lead to oversee our toy assembly operations and order fulfillment. In this role, you will be the bridge between our production floor and senior management. You will learn our complete product assembly process, manage our hardworking assembly crew, ensure we have the right materials in stock, and oversee the dispatch of finished products for our online sales. Because our assembly team is primarily based in Tamil Nadu, fluency in Tamil is essential for daily team management, alongside English for reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Mastery & Training: Learn the entire end-to-end toy assembly process from scratch. Once you are an expert, use this knowledge to train and guide all new assembly members.
- Team Management: Oversee the daily activities of the toy assembly team, ensuring a safe, productive, and positive work setting.
- Inventory & Dispatch Control: Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials required for daily assembly. Additionally, manage the inventory of finished toys and ensure timely,



accurate dispatch for direct online orders and e-commerce warehouses.
- Management Reporting: Communicate daily with senior management (in English) to provide updates on team progress, daily output, inventory levels, and dispatch statuses.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all assembled toys meet strict quality standards before they are packed and shipped to our customers.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: No prior experience is necessary! Freshers and women looking to re-enter the workforce are highly encouraged to apply. We will provide full on-the-job training.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Tamil (to communicate effectively with the assembly staff) and English (to report to senior management).
- Skills: Google spreadsheet (equivalent to MS Excel), E-mail, Experience with using Laptop.
- Attitude: A willingness to learn hands-on, a patient approach to training others, and strong leadership potential.
