We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to lead and scale our end-to-end human resource operations. In this role, you will oversee full-lifecycle talent acquisition, optimize recruitment pipelines, manage employee relations, and drive performance management across fast-paced departments (including sales, tech, and operations). You will be instrumental in building structured HR processes, tracking key workforce metrics, and maintaining a high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management: Lead the recruitment strategy from sourcing to onboarding. Supervise recruiters, optimize hiring funnels/dashboards, monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and ensure hiring targets are consistently met.
- Performance & Compensation Frameworks: Design and execute structured appraisal cycles, KPI/incentive tracking frameworks, and attendance/payroll verification processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, workplace conflict resolution, retention initiatives, and team engagement programs.
- Policy Formulation & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure statutory labor law compliance.
- Training & Development: Identify organizational skill gaps, coordinate onboarding/induction workflows, and facilitate leadership or skill-enhancement training programs.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Track headcount, attrition rates, recruiter productivity,
and workforce trends to present actionable insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–6 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- (experience in high-volume hiring environments or growing companies is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), spreadsheet-based reporting, and dashboard management.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of statutory compliance, modern recruitment channels, and incentive/payroll structures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities with strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
