We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Housekeeping Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized workplace for our guests and staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces according to established standards and procedures.
- Change linen and make beds, ensuring fresh and clean bedding for guests.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, including toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust all surfaces to maintain a spotless environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring all fixtures are sparkling.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages,



or safety hazards immediately to supervision for prompt resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low to ensure continuous operation.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed to support overall facility cleanliness.
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and maintained after use to prolong its lifespan and ensure readiness for next use.
- Follow lost and found procedures meticulously, documenting and securing items found.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
