Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

1. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

2. You will handle bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all transport-related financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify freight bills, transport invoices, and customer billing.
- Process vendor payments for transporters, fuel suppliers, and other service providers.
- Reconcile transporter accounts, customer accounts, and bank statements.
- Monitor vehicle-wise expenses, including fuel, tolls, repairs, maintenance, and driver advances.
- Maintain records of trip sheets, Proof of Delivery (POD), and freight settlements.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports related to transport operations and finance.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements related to transport transactions.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and fleet teams for accurate billing and expense verification.
- Maintain petty cash and process reimbursement claims.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing required financial documents and reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of transport-related financial records.
- Perform any other accounting or finance-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
