Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:-

- Execute core Record-to-Report activities under corporate guidelines.
- Support the book-close process for assigned entities.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Perform high-volume balance sheet reconciliations accurately and timely.
- Identify and investigate financial variances for corporate reporting.
- Support international internal and external audits by retrieving data.
- Follow established SOPs, internal controls, and corporate compliance policies.
- Collaborate across cross-functional and global teams to resolve queries.

Experience:

Requirements and Qualifications

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Possesses 3+ years of experience in an MNC or shared services operations.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables).
- Familiarity with leading ERP systems is a strong plus.
