Job Description -

We are hiring for Call Center

- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve customer complaints regarding product features or billing.
- Escalation Handling: Route complex or highly technical queries to specialized teams or managers.
- Data Management: Document every customer interaction accurately within our CRM platform
- Feedback Collection: Gather recurring customer pain points to share with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Skills :



Should have strong communication skills in English , Should good typing speed , should have basic excel knowledge .
- Shift Timing - 9 am to 6pm , day Shift Only
- Telecalling & Customer Support , Inbound calls only
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
